It is my opinion that Frances Fanny Griffith/Griffin was born a Griffin/Griffith. Her possible father is depicted in the following records & I believe his name is William Griffith. Information of her being a Pebley somehow has been distorted over the years & has distracted & slowed the chase & the pursuit of Frances Fanny Griffith/Griffin.
