Clinton Courier May ,1958 Mrs. Minnie York Funeral services for Mrs. Minnie Andrews York, 76, who died at the home of a niece, Mrs. Mary Lawson on Clinton Rt.2, Monday night, were held Wednesday at Batley Baptist Church. The Rev. W.H. Beets conducted the services and burial was in the church cemetery. Mrs. York was a member of the Clinch River Baptist Church. She had lived her entire life in Anderson County. Survivors are several nieces and nephews, all of Anderson and Campbell Counties. Martin's in Clinton was in charge.
