Clinton Courier May 29, 1980 Retired Painter Dies At 82 John R. Graham, 82, of Glendale Ave., South Clinton, died Sunday morning at Oak Ridge Hospital after an illness of four weeks. He was a retired Tennessee Valley Authority maintenance man and painter. Graham was a member of Clinton Masonic Lodge 376 and Andersonville First Baptist Church, and he enjoyed fishing and gardening. A native of Anderson County, he was the son of the late, John m. and Elizabeth Tillery Graham. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Beulah Graham, a daughter, Mrs. Howard (Dorothy Jean) Hutcheson of Clinton, a son, Edward Boyd Graham, two stepson, John P. Cox of Saudi Arabia and Billy B. Cox of Maryville, four grandchildren and five stepgreat-grandchildren. Funeral services were held Tuesday at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home chapel in Clinton with the Rev. Lee A. Cate and Rev. Paul Tirey officiating. Burial was in Sunset Cemetery.
