Services for the former Anderson Countian were held last Sunday afternoon at the Oak Grove Baptist Church with the Rev Walter Richardson, the Rev Charlie Adkins, and the Rev Mr Hawkem officiating. Burial was in the Harmon Cemetery with Martin's of Lake City in charge. Mr Ridenour was retired from the Tennessee Valley Authority. He had also worked as a farmer. He was the son of Francis and Martha Hur Ridenour. He was a Baptist. Mr Ridenour is survived by his wife of more than 62 years; Hattie Disney Ridenour; a daughter, Wilma Hutchison and her husband, Melton, of Clinton; and a son, Bob Ridenour and his wife, Joan, of Andersonville.
