Clinton Courier June 30, 1983 Mrs. Disney Dies In Florida A resident of Florida since 1979, Mrs. Louie Braden Disney, 79, died last Thursday at Desoto Memorial Hospital near her home in Arcadia. Mrs. Disney was a native of Briceville but had lived in Powell before moving to Florida. She was a retired dietician at Lakeshore Mental Health Institute in Knoxville. Mrs. Disney's husband, died in 1965. She is survived by her three daughters, Mrs. Chester (Thelma) Melchi of Arcadia, Mrs. Janice Clinton of Knoxville and Mrs. Charles ( Diane) Peak of Florida, four sons, Dewayne Disney of California, Franklin Disney of Naples, Fla., Elmer Carl Disney of New Jersey and Glenn Disney of Powell, 18 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and two brothers, Ernest Braden of Briceville and Joseph Braden of Norris. Funeral services were held Monday at the Indian Bluff Baptist Church in Braden Flats with the Rev. Ernest Ward officiating. Burial was in Indian Bluff Cemetery.
