Clinton Courier June 11, 1953 Mrs. Mary Anne Moore Mrs. Mary Anne Moore, 76, of Briceville, died Thursday night while visiting in Pioneer. Survivors are four sons, Bill Atkins of Briceville, Aub of St. Charles, Va., John of Briceville, Charles of Alabama, four daughters, Mrs. Lydia Moore of Kentucky, Mrs. Homer Seiber, Mrs. Byrd Braden of Briceville, Aileen Wiliams of Alabama, brother, Joe Baird of Pioneer, five sisters, Mrs. Sylvester Atkins, Mrs. S.A. Atkins, Mrs. Nora Lay, all of Pioneer, Mrs. Pozey Cook, Mrs. W.B. Huckaby of Clinton, 47 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren. Services were held Sunday at 3:30 p.m. at Walden's View Baptist Church with the Rev. Lee Phillips officiating. Burial was in Circle Cemetery with Martin's of Lake City in charge.
