Obit: Mack Frank Wiggins, April 17, 1999 Mack Frank Wiggins, age 89, of Clinton passed away at 3 a.m. Saturday, April 17, 1999 at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. Mr. Wiggins was born July 29, 1909 in Charleston Township, near Bryson City, N.C. He was of Baptist faith and a member of Second Baptist Church in Clinton. Survivers include: two sons, John Webber and wife Dorothy of Sevierville and Travis Wiggins of Knoxville; three daughters, Velma Ellis and husband J. C. of Anna Maria Island, Fla.; Wanda Wray of Clinton; and Holly Norman and husband Troy of Clinton; a brother, John L. Wiggins of Clinton; two sisters, Edna Webber of Clinton and Lucille Atkins of Ohio; four grandchildren, Darrell Slater of Clinton; Tammy Williams of Sevierville; Dr. Sandra Ellis of Little Rock, Ark.; and Linda Ellis of Largo, Fla.; several great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Mr. Wiggins was preceded in death by his parents, James Albert and Lillie Cline Wiggins; a son, Gene; brothers, Clyde, Amos, and Claude; and sisters, Emma Wiggins, Amanda Elliott, Nola Williams and Exie Finch. The funeral was held in the chapel of Anderson County Funeral Home in Clinton at 8 pm Monday, April 19, with the Rev. Truman Woods of Dade City, Fla. and Rev. Gary Swaggerty of Second Baptist Church officiating. Interment was 1 pm Tuesday, April 20, in Sunset Cemetery, Clinton
