Clinton Courier Nov. 19, 1970 Mrs. West Dies Wednesday Night Mrs. Vesta West, 88, mother of Vernon H. West of Mehaffey Rd., Claxton, died Wednesday night in Fountain View Nursing Home where she had been a patient 10 days. The body is at Holley-Gamble in Clinton.
