Her parents were the late Mary Lucinda Seiber and Harvey Seeber. She married Crosley Seiber in Devonia and they moved to Oliver Springs in the 1940s. Mr Seiber died in 1978. A homemaker, Mrs Seiber was a member of Big Mountain Baptist Church in Oliver Springs. A daughter; Lois Faye Seiber; and six brothers and four sisters preceded her in death. Survivors include three daughters; Gladys Liles, Wilma Seeber, and Carolyn Seiber; five sons, and two daughters-in-law, Eldon and Georgia Seeber, Harlan Seeber, Lewis Seeber, Austin Seeber, and Ray and Mary Seeber, all of Oliver Springs; a sister, Lily Mae Brummitt of Lenoir City; 22 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
