Survived by wife of 62 years; Margaret Bridges Wagner of Lake City; son, Mark Wagner and wife, Arlene of Lake City; daughters, Joyce Sparks and husband, Monroe of Lake City, Linda Cox and husband, Donnie of Caryville, and Cynthia Disney and husband, Jimmy of Lake City; sister, Geneva Wagner of Lake City; brother, Virgil Wagner and wife, Loretta of NJ; seven grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends to mourn his passing. Visitation is from 6-9 PM Saturday, Aug 26, 2006 at Hatmaker Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 2 PM Sunday, Aug 27, 2006 at Mountain View Church with the Rev Gerald Hatmaker and the Rev Paul Hatmaker officiating. Mr Wagner will lie in state one hour prior to the funeral service. Interment will follow the funeral service at the Mountain View Cemetery in Lake City.
