CLINTON: soldier charged in death Riley Brown of Briceville, 21, on leave from the Army in Germany, has been charged with murder in the shooting death of Jesse Byrge, Jr., 20, Saturday. A hearing on the charges will be held Friday. Lewis Ault, 44, of Lake City, was charged as an accessory in the incident. Police said the shooting developed from an argument between the three men.
