Clinton Courier July 27, 1978 Parents Are Honored By Children Mr. and Mrs. Roy C. Wright were honored July 23 with a dinner by their children and their families. The attended morning worship at Black Oak Baptist Church and then were entertained at their son's home in Powell. They gave been married 52 years. Present were Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Wright and Sheri of Powell, Mr. and Mrs. James (Kelma) Branum of Heiskell, Mr. and Mrs. M.F. Kosier and Denise of Knoxville Tim Capps of Powell and Owen Malroy of Oak Ridge. The Wright were married July 24, 1926 by the Rev. J.C. Jones. She is the former Beulah Keith.
