    1. [TNANDERS] Thomas Marlow Jr and Thomas Wilson Taken Prisoner in Civil War
    2. I have been reading the pension papers of my great grandfather Thomas Wilson b. 12-22-1844. Within his paperwork is a deposition from Thomas Marlow Jr. The deposition was taken on the 16th of October 1888 Thomas Marlow states that after his unit Company A of the 7th Tn. Infantry and that of Company F of the 6th Tn. Infantry evacuated from Cumberland Gap in September 1872, that he was taken captive by the Confederates on the New River in Campbell County. He further states that Thomas Wilson was also brought in as a prisoner during his imprisonment. However Thomas Wilson escaped within a short time of being taken captive. I found this interesting and informative. Debbie **************It's Tax Time! Get tips, forms, and advice on AOL Money & Finance. (http://money.aol.com/tax?NCID=aolprf00030000000001)
