Does anyone have the Supreme Court rulling on the case of Jacob Harness and Isaac White? In 1876 or 1877 the Supreme Court (I assume this is the TN court not the U.S.) ruled that Jacob should be hanged for Ike's murder. Just being nosey and would like to read what they said back then.
