DOUGLASS E. LITTON COLUMBUS - Douglass E. Litton, 63, of Columbus died Sunday at Riverside Hospital, Columbus. Born Feb. 15, 1911, in Sunbright Tenn., he was the son of Marion and Linda Litton. Survivors include his widow, the former Faun M. Blythe; a son, Rodney of Columbus; a daughter, Mrs. Paul (Linda) Stought of Columbus; a halfbrother. Larry Nolan Litton of Oak Ridge,Tenn., three half-sisters, Mrs. Mary Jonas of Kingston,Tenn, Mrs. Carol Taylor of Chattanooga, Tenn., and Mrs. Lyda Hurst of McComb; six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Litton was a retired yard conductor with the Penn Central Railroad with 30 years service. He was a member of the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen. Funeral services will be held at 8 p.m. Tuesday in Rutherford Chapel, 2383 N. High St.,Columbus, the Rev. Curtis F. Wilson officiating. Graveside services will be at 1:30 p. m. Wednesday in Middle Creek Cemetery, Grover Hill. Friends may call from 7-9 p. m. today and 2-4 and 7-9 p. m. Tuesday at the Rutherford Funeral Home in Columbus.
