I'm wondering if someone would be kind enough to look up the Lewis Ralston family in the 1900 & 1910 Anderson Co censuses. They should be listed in the Cole Creek area w/ wife, Ellen, oldest son, James and possibly two other children, Wm "Bill", and Laura, among others. TN; farm laborer ", Ellen L.; wife; WF; July 1870; 29; md 9 yrs; 5 children; 4 living in 1900; b. Kansas; parents--b. TN ", James; son; WM; April 1891; 9; S; b. TN; father b. Tn; mother b. KS ", William C.; son; W M; April 1896; 4; S ", Laura A (?); dau; W F; April 1900; 1/12; Gentry, Anne W.; step daughter; Feb. 1888; 12; b. Kansas; parents b. Kansas; housekeeper I couldn't find him in 1910 and in 1920 he was in Pineville, Bell Co. KY. His son James was in Bell Co. in 1910 and married to a Lily. James and Lillie was also in Pineville, Bell Co. in 1920. I also found this in the KY death records: Name: Lewis R Ralston Death Date: 21 December , 1927 Death Place: Bell Age: 067 Volume: 49 Certificate: 24393 You can send for his death certificate in KY and perhaps his parents will be listed on it (assuming he'd told his family about his parents that is).
