    2. From The Oak Ridger 24 Feb 2005 Quinton Craig, 70, of Briceville, Aaron Blake "Oak" Keen, 56, of Old Hickory, Tenn., Thomas P. Pride Jr., 67, of Clinton, Quinton Craig, 70, of Briceville, died Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2005, at his residence. He was born on April 24, 1934, in Anderson County. Mr. Craig was of the Church of God faith. He loved gospel music and had made a hobby out of recording music. He had always farmed and built many things around the home. He was preceded in death by his parents, Linnie and Mattie Craig; and a sister and brother, Lila Towe and Rowne Craig. Mr. Craig is survived by sisters, Wanda Seiber and husband, Kenneth, of Lake City, and Barbara Joan Rutherford and husband, Otis, of Briceville; brother, Colen P. Craig of Florida; several nieces and nephews, and a host of friends. The funeral will be held at 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 24, 2005, in the chapel of Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Lake City with the Rev. Glen Day officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 25, at the Circle Cemetery in Briceville for the graveside service. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home in Lake City. Aaron Blake "Oak" Keen, 56, of Old Hickory, Tenn., died Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2005, from complications of lung and kidney disease. He was the son of Johnny William and Lonie Bell Mountcastle Keen. Mr. Keen was a member of Victory Baptist Church in Mt. Juliet and the Jim Malone Sunday school class. He was the founder of the Mt. Juliet News and the Rocky Top Views. He was a member of the Tennessee Sports Writers Association, a past member of the Kiwanis and Jaycees clubs, and a photographer. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother and one sister, Ronnie Keen and Nelda Keen. He is survived by his wife, Debbie Whitehead Keen of Old Hickory; his daughter, Dr. Beth Keen of Murfreesboro; his sister-in-law, Barbara Keen of Clarksville; his niece, Pam Hankins; his nephews, Shannon, Mickey and Scott Keen; and several great-nieces and nephews. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 26, 2005, at Victory Baptist Church in Mt. Juliet, with the Rev. Chuck Groover officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Juliet Memorial Gardens. Family and friends will be the pallbearers. Flowers will be accepted, or memorials may be in the form of donations to the National Kidney Foundation, 30 East 33rd Street Suite 1100, New York, NY 10016, or the Victory Baptist Church Building Fund, 1717 Tate Lane, Mt. Juliet, TN 37122. The family will receive friends from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 25, at Bond Memorial Chapel in Mt. Juliet, which is in charge of arrangements. Thomas P. Pride Jr., 67, of Clinton, died Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2005, at his residence. Mr. Pride was a member of the Clinch River Baptist Church in Lake City. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son and brother. He was preceded in death by his mother, Beatrice Brogan Pride. In addition to his father, Thomas P. Pride Sr. of Clinton, Mr. Pride is survived by his wife, Janice Sparks Pride of Clinton; two daughters, Tammy Mills and husband, Steve, of Clinton, and Tonia Black of Clinton; three grandchildren, Hunter Mills, Barry Black and Bronson Black; two sisters, Norma Aslinger and husband, Abra, of Clinton, and Peggy Beets of Clinton; three brothers, Lynn Pride and wife, Betty, of Clinton, Glenn Pride and wife, Jessie, of Clinton, and Jack Brogan and wife, Edith, of California; special friends, Kyle Phillips, Robert Fox, Red Harmon, Jim Burris, Charles Mills, Tim Isabel and Eddie Edwards, all of Lake City; several nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends. The funeral will be held at 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 24, 2005, at Clinch River Baptist Church in Lake City with the Rev. Tom Byrge and the Rev. Larry Webster officiating. Family and friends will meet at 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 25, at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens in Claxton for the graveside service. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday at Clinch River Baptist Church.
