I am researching the family of Obadiah Wood. He's listed in the 1830 Census of Anderson Co., TN and eventually moved to Marion Co., AR with several of his children. I'm looking for any information on his wife's name as well as who his parents might be. He was a Rev War Soldier serving from Wake Co., NC and moving first to Knox Co., TN, then to Anderson Co., TN where he supposedly owned some land on the Clinch River. If anyone knows anything else about this family, I would appreciate it. I do have info to share about his family once they got to Marion Co., AR, but need to fill in the gaps. I think it's possible that one of his sons, George W Wood, left Anderson Co., TN, went to Pope Co., IL, then on to Marion Co., AR. Thanks! Barb Price
