She also was a member of Boston Avenue United Methodist Church in Tulsa, coming from First Baptist Church in Oak Ridge. Judge Xen Hicks, of Clinton, has called a special term of court to convene third Monday in July and it is expected that their cases will come up at that time. Petree and Mcclure were taken from the Knox county jail to Clinton early today. Later In the morning the two men were brought back to Knoxville on the train.
