Polly, This is what I found on LDS records Of John W Kry. I don't like to use them bacuse of so many mistake unlss I know the submitter. Mahala Aldred (note spelling) She was born abt. 1798 Where ? He father was Solomon Aldred & his wife was Mary Mc Donald. Mahala is the only child listed and nothing more on her Except the Abt. birth date of 1798. The Elizabeth that I found born in Va. abt. 1802/ Mahala married John W. Key, about 1817, In Greene Co., abt. 1798 and says he was born in Greene Co., Tenn. I've check out Green Co., all this week and found a lady who is also a Key and has lots of information. The John W. Key is Not John Wesley Key but John Williams Key. I'm really batting a 100. I'm starting to think maybe John was from Barbato's (Sp) ? Phyllis Phyllis
