Apparently, my brain has cease to function properly {again}. Beulah Marie "Tootie" Phillips Born on Nov.30,1931 to Luther P. and Ruby Leona {nee Prosise} Phillips., died quietly, with her son and daughter in-law by her side, early Thursday evening, Sept. 27,2007 in Harriman, TN. She is preceded by both parents, two sisters and a brother. She is survived by her son, Michael Ray and wife Priscilla (nee Burton) Phillips also of Harriman. Granddaughter Cindy Phillips of Knoxville, a sister, Anna Faye (nee Phillips) Rhea, of St. Clair Shores, Michigan. Also, nieces Terry Rhea and Karen Kostiuk and nephew, Alan Rhea. Great-nieces, Kelly and Kayti Rhea, Tiffany Morgan and great-nephew, Kevin Kostick, also of Michigan. Aunt Tootie was a beautiful, loving, outspoken and outgoing person, filled with wit and wisdom that will be dearly missed! A talented artist, seamstress and wonderful story teller (many a overnights were spent getting the "bejebber" scared out of me!) :) Tootie was loved and respected by family and friends and will be greatly missed by us all! Holly-Gamble Funeral Home in Lake City was in charge of arrangements. Visitation was from 6 PM to 8 PM, Monday Oct.1,2007. Funeral services followed at 8 PM. Graveside was at 11 AM, Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2007 at Circle Cemetery in Briceville. Again, please, forgive me for my untimely mistake. Terry Rhea
