Does anyone have information on the following Mitchell family listed in the 1850 Anderson Co. Census, page 60. I am particularly interested in the oldest son, Elijah, since that is the name of my ancestor. I would like to be able to confirm or rule out this Elijah as my ancestor. (Would be very happy to find his parents' names.) John B. Mitchell 45 years old Farmer born TN Ruthy (I think) 32 Elijah 18 James 17 Sarah 16 Fisel B. 13 (not sure about the spelling but a male) Caswell 11 (another one I'm not sure about, another male) John 9 Mary Jane 6 Robert 4 Rufus 1 There are also two Miltons listed with this family, a James and maybe Mary.
