Nancy was married to Luther E (L E) Johnson Jr on March 25, 1946. They made their home in Block House Valley until moving to Utah in 1964. From there they moved to Wyoming in 1968. They made their home in Wyoming until 1990 when they returned to Clinton, TN. Nancy enjoyed her yard, flowers, and spending time with her family and friends, and her husband, prior to his passing. Her husband L E; parents, Tillman and Leela; brothers, Ellis, Emory, George, Raymond, and Jessie Lee, preceded Nancy in death. Survivors : 3 sons; Van and Kathy of Cortez, CO, Jerry and Lora of Gillette, WY, and Allen of Alzada, MT; brothers and sisters-in-law, Dayton and Rosella of Clinton, TN, Carley and Katherine of Rutledge, TN, Jessie Carroll of Clinton, TN, and Betty Carroll of Lake City, TN; sisters and brothers-in-law, Frances and Herbert Garner of Ooltewah, TN, Dorothy Pickens of Knoxville, TN; also 8 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and numerous nephews and nieces. Family will receive friends Friday, May 13, 2005 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Jones Mortuary in Clinton, TN. Funeral service will be Saturday, May 14, 2005 at 11:00 AM at Jones Mortuary chapel in Clinton, TN with the Rev Joe Copeland officiating.
