Clinton Courier June 28, 1989 Carl Franklin Marlow Funeral services for Carl Franklin Marlow, 55, of Clear Branch Road, Lake City Rt.1, were held Wednesday at Cox Funeral Home Chapel in Lake City with the Rev. George Miller and the Rev. Tim Beets officiating. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery. Marlow, a native of Lake City, died Monday at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center after a long illness.He was retired from Daniel Construction Company and was a member of New Hope Baptist Church. His, father, James Elliott Marlow, sister, Gladys Hawkins, and a brother, J.D. Marlow preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife, Patty Burdette Marlow,of Lake City, a daughter and son-in-law, Tina Diann and Donnie Isabell, son-and daughter-in-law, Tim and Sherrie Marlow of Lake City,grandchildren, Gref Gilliam and Christie Isabell, both of Knoxville, mother, Mrs. Berdie Marlow of Lake City, sisters and brothers-in-law, Mae and Fred Lisenbee of Kingston, Opal and Roy Hawkins, Sue and George Brown of Lake City, Cloia and Jack Burnette of Spring City,brothers and sisters-in-law, Arnold and Mary Alice Marlow, Tom and Betty Marlow, Charles and Marty Marlow, all of Clinton, and Clyde and Mary Sue Marlow of Oliver Springs.
