Anderson County News June 4, 1927 Local Lawyer To Wed Homer H. Wallace leaves for Cleveland today, Friday, where he will claim as his bride, Miss. Bessie Hargis, a prominent young lady of that city, who has been a member of the faculty of Clinton high school the past two years, in charge of the Domestic Science department.Following the ceremony a honeymoon trip will include Washington and other eastern cities, before returning here to make their future home where the groom has a lucrative and growing law practice. He is the son of Judge and Mrs. J.H. Wallace and is active in church and social affairs. The bride is well known in the community and is cultured and talented.
