Clinton Courier April 10, 1975 Ex-Resident Dies After Heart Attack Mrs. Harriette Mary Alred, 86, mother of Mrs. Charles (Cecil) Fritts of Brushy Valley Rd, Clinton Rt.1, died at her residence Tuesday night of a heart attack. Mrs. Alred resided with her son, Bonnie H. Alred, 7312 Joyce Lane,Powell. She was originally from the Andersonville area and resided much of her life in Union County. She is survived by two other sons, Johnnie W. Alred of Knoxville an Jessie E. Alred of Michigan, six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, and a brother, Clay Ridneour of Knoxville.Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday (today) in the chapel of Holley-Gamble Funeral Home, Clinton, and will be conducted by the Rev. Clyde Gray. Burial will be in Ridenour Cemetery at Big Ridge State Park.
