    1. [TNANDERS] Question about how to trace ownership of property
    2. Quick question - if I have an address, and I want to check the line of owners for a piece of property through the last hundred or so years, where would I go to check that? I know it's a matter of public record...I just don't know where the records might be. I'm also not sure if the property is technically in Anderson or Roane County. Thanks!

    3. Try county assesor or treasures office, who ever collects taxes will have the records.
