Does anyone know if there are any maps available on the internet or in the library that shows that county lines before Anderson County, Campbell County, and Roane County etc., were created? God Bless You, Melinda
Hi Melinda, There is a good series of maps on the TN Genweb site. Go to http://www.tngennet.org/maps/ and select the Tennessee County Formation Maps. You can manually scroll through the series of maps or let them play as a slide show. I got some years back, but can't remember how. I think I called the Anderson County Library and they guided me. ----- Original Message ----- From: "James and Melinda Lunsford" <menjim96@worldnet.att.net> To: <TNANDERS-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Tuesday, December 14, 2004 5:59 PM Subject: [TNANDERS-L] Maps > Does anyone know if there are any maps available on the internet or in > the library that shows that county lines before Anderson County, > Campbell County, and Roane County etc., were created? > > > God Bless You, > Melinda > > > > ==== TNANDERS Mailing List ==== > Check Out Campbell County Archives at http://archiver.rootsweb.com/th/index/TNANDERS >
