    2. Lima Couple To Mark 59th Anniversary This Saturday Mr. and Mrs. S. L. Adklns, 613 Hope St., will mark their 59th wedding anniversary Saturday with a quiet observance. The couple was married Dec. 10, 1896, in Anderson County, Tenn., where they resided for several years. Mr. Adkins had been a school teacher in Anderson County before moving to Lima 39 years ago. He was a cabinet maker for the Cincinnati and Lake Erie Railroad, and later a clerk in the offices of the Lima Locomotive Works,Inc., now the Baldwin-Lima-Hamilton Corp. Now 87, Mr. Adkins retired several years ago. Mrs. Adkins is 78. Both are members of Jehovah's Witnesses. They have two daughters, Mrs. John Baldwin, 715 Marian Ave., and Mrs. John Brandon, 830 N.
