CHARLES A. DUNCAN Charles A. Duncan, 70, 1134 E. High, died at 2:15 p.m. Friday after an illness of nine months. Mr. Duncan was born March 20, 1889 in Clinton, Tenn He had lived in Lima since 1912. Survivors include four sisters. Mrs. Viola Adkins of 830 N. McDonel, Mrs. Flora Carden of 631 Hope, Mrs. Sarah Leinart of 1134 E. High and Mrs. Mary Cattarene of 836 E. High. Mr. Duncan. a retired Pennsylvania Railroad watchman, was a veteran of World War I. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at the Lewis Funeral Home Memorial Chapel.
