I have that book also. There are several pages on two separate John Seibers. One is called John Seiber of New River, the other called John Seiber, son of the first Phillip Seiber. I bought the book at Books-A-Million in Knoxville, TN, about 2 years ago. The full title is "Circling Windrock Mountain" by Augusta Grove Bell.
