I had a friend who was sending out double, triple and even quadruple messages. His provider was MSN, and he'd just downloaded their new MSN 9. After contacting their technicians, the problem seemed to be solved but it wasn't until he deleted MSN 9 and went back to using MSN 8. I think it's almost always a problem w/ the provider.
