Crossville Chronicle obit Published July 2001 JIMMY EVIN CHRISTOPHER SR. Jimmy Evin Christopher Sr., 56, of Rockwood, passed away July 12, 2001. Funeral services were conducted July 14 from the chapel of Bilbrey Funeral Home, with burial in Crossville City Cemetery. Bro. Charles Christopher and Bro. Buddy Christopher officiated, with special music by Mark Bonham and Will Gouge. Mr. Christopher was born May 2, 1945, in Anderson County, TN, the son of Francis "Frank" and Christine Griffin Christopher. He was an employee in railroad maintenance for Spino, and was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include his mother, Christine Christopher of Crossville; son, Buddy Christopher of Harriman, TN; stepdaughter, Shawn Nuckels of Rockwood; stepson, Hank Moss of Westel, TN; sisters, Carolyn Ford and Pat Jared, both of Sparta; brothers, Harold Christopher, Bobby Christopher and Terry Christopher, all of Crossville; and Marvin Christopher of Crab Orchard; and five grandchildren. Pallbearers were Dinky Christopher, Travis Christopher, Frank Christopher, Marc Christopher, Scottie Baldwin and Christopher Jared. Bilbrey Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
