Manley - Fox Announcement has been made of the engagement of Miss Sandra Lou Fox, daughter of Mrs. Alger Lee Fox of Clinton, Tenn., and the late Attorney Fox, o Robert Tyson Manley, son of Mrs. Tyson Tremaine Manley, Harrisburg, and the late Mr. Manley. The bride-elect attended Marysville College and is a senior at the University of Tennessee. She is a member of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority.
