    3. Fraterville Miners Memorial Highway name proposed by Sen. McNally March 3, 2005 State Senator Randy McNally has introduced a bill in the Tennessee Legislature to rename State Highway 116 in the Coal Creek watershed, the "Fraterville Miners Memorial Highway". Details can be found at http://www.legislature.state.tn.us/bills/currentga/Bill/SJR0093.PDF. (This is an Adobe Acrobat Reader file.) In supporting this action, the Coal Creek Watershed Foundation stated: Like a true Volunteer, he came up with the idea and ran with it. If you would like to send him an email, thanking him for his effort, his email address is sen.randy.mcnally@legislature.state.tn.us. Proposing to name the highway that follows the route they took to and from work is very fitting and honors the inscriptions on their headstones, "gone but not forgotten".
