Hi Shirley, Are you snowed in a'top of the mountain yet,LOL! I knew you were related to the lively's and I was waiting on you or someone to mention the fact about Guy finding the skull in Frost Bottom. The first book MOUNTAIN REVENGE had names and characters switched around so that I didn't even know who was being talked about in the book at times. If I hadn't known the area and what the story was about I never would have guessed it was near Oliver Springs. I hope someone writes a book about the two little old sisters, Ann and Margaret Richards, who were murdered in 1940. The Police first alleged that Leonard "Powder" Brown, a 16 year old black male who worked for the sisters, had killed them and then killed himself, but Brown was later exonerated. Oliver Springs Police Chief Paul Ray Massengill allegedly solved the case back a few years ago and there were a couple of articles in the Sunday Knoxville Papers back in 2000 but I have never heard anymore on the subject.
