    1. Re: Jacksboro Tx and Migration of Campbell and Anderson Co. Residents To Tx
    2. Jacksboro Texas is just down the road a piece from me.(about 45 mins away) (between Wichita Falls and FtWorth) I am in Burkburnett. There are many Campbell and Anderson County people out here. Names like Madden (descendants of William Madden and Malinda Lindsay), Landrum (connected to William Harrison Landrum of Anderson Co.) Reed/Reids, VanZandts, Richardsons,{Roysdens ( descended from the Lindsay, Hatmaker, Bullock), and connected to the Abners}, Imagine my surprise when a friend (out here in West Tx) and I discovered that her Great Grandmother Mahulda Lindsay Hatmaker and my great grandmother Mary Jane Lindsay Reed were sisters. The story is in one of the issues of the Pellissipian. It is indeed a small world...by the way cuz John...did you find those Pictures? Debbie Wilson Fehr Researching:Direct lines of; Hatmaker, Bullock, Reed/Reid, Lindsay, Cooper, Sage, Storm, Wilson, Webb, Dunkin/Duncan, Harmon, Gaylor, Sharp, Witt, Miller, Bratcher/Bradshaw, Beech./Beach, Gardner, Dobkins I say if you research long enough and deep enough....you will find that you are related to about 75% of Anderson and Campbell County. Smile!

    3. Hello: Do you know of a Jellico TX? Said to have been started by settlers from Jellico TN. I understand it is now called Jellico Corners. I see a few vintage post cards occasionally from Jacksboro TX. --Gerald MAY GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!
