She leaves 90 survivors. She had suffered a heart attack the Sunday before her death. Mrs. Isabell was a native of Anderson County having lived in the Lake City area all her life. Her husband is a retired coal miner.She was a member of Beech Grove Baptist Church.Besides her husband, she leaves three sons; C.L. Isabell of Caryville, Lonnie and Condy Isabell, both of Lake City; nine daughters, Mrs. Mary Johnson of Knoxville, Miss Stella Isabell and Mrs. Bonnie Smith both og Lake City, Mrs Pearl Daughterty, Mrs. Marie Tackett, Mrs.Christine Stepp, Mrs Louise Melton, Miss Charlotte Isabell all of Caryville, and Mrs. Thelma Kimberlin of La Follette.Other survivors are one sister Mrs. Leona Carroll of Caryville; one brother James L. Hatmaker Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements. Sunday August, 28 1977 Bobby Lewis Smith, 26 of Route 1, Caryville, and Ray M. Isabell, 23, of Montgomery, Ill., were killed early Sunday in a one-car accident on Twin Cove Road one mile east of Caryville. The car ran off the road and struck a tree, according to the Tennessee Highway Patrol office in Knoxville. Samuel Loyd, Jr., 25, of Caryville, was seriously injured in the accident.Mr. Smith was employed up until one year ago as a laborer for Allied Steel. He was a member of the Baptist and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Stella Isabell Smith; Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Smith, father and step-mother; Adam Scott Smith half brother of Caryville three sisters Mrs. Jerry (Judy) Jeffers and Mrs. Kerry (Pauline) Albert both of Vasper, and Mars.
