Janet, No, I don't think that I have anything on either Van Dular or Henry Riley Pardue. Not yet anyways, but if I come across anything, I've saved your posting and I'll let you know. :) I do have a line of research that I haven't had time to pursue yet, that may end up being of help to you. I live in McMinn county, just a few miles from the Monroe county line, and have stumbled across a half-dozen or so Pardues buried in 4 different cemeteries. It may not mean anything, but that many names indicates, to me at least, that there was probably a Pardue family in the area. When I have time, I'll see what I can find out. Suzanne
