Page 139 Ordered by the court, upon the report of the jury of view appointed at the last term of this court that a second class road be established to begin at the Jackson County Line near Asa Lyns Inn, running the old road by Poplar spring meeting house, and to Gores Mill, and that Joseph D. Buck be appointed overseer to open and work the same, and that David Phillips, Andrew Wilson, Thomas Craig, Anderson Queen (?), Wade Goulsby Jun., Elijah Smitty, Joseph Morgan, Esquire Loftis, Reuben Loftis, Daniel Bell, B. J. Lane, Thomas T.
