Hi Stan, These are all childen of John PEMBERTON and wife Martha, the only thing I have is the quit claim deed you found for me earlier. I have a marriage for George N. (my ancestor), Wilson Co., and am looking for anything on the others. I still have not found cemetery or death dates for John and Martha. John died sometime before the 1871 deed date and Martha sometime after 1871. Martha may have been his second wife ?? Anything you might find will be of help, I'm sure. Am trying to prove Martha was a deJarnette before her marriage. George N. was b. 1803 in VA (what county?) so his parents were probably md in VA. Looking for some kind of ties to a county in VA for this family. Using the 1871 date for the deed, John would have been very advanced in age. Using George's birth in 1803, John had to be b. in 1783 or earlier in VA. Seems to be some Caroline Co., VA Pembertons, but no proof. I sincerely appreciate all you do to help myself and others in our TN research.
