Thanks, Ann>> It is very, very easy. You just get the new version and install it following the directions. The new installation does not affect your data at all. At least it is not supposed to, and I have upgraded several times with no problem. Of course, you should always back up your files before installing the new version. Someone asked about the LDS program PAF. It can be downloaded for free at the LDS Web site. Speaking of backing up, I did not do it as religiously as I should because my file had become so large that it took 7 disks and ten or fifteen minutes to back up. Recently we purchased a CD writer, and I am so pleased with it. I can back up all my data every time I add any new information; and it takes only about three or four minutes. Sara Binkley Tarpley
