Good morning! Just this past Sunday, I was discussing the Poole family of Sumner County with one of that clan. He had discovered that the family first settled in Robertson County, then moved into Sumner County as the family spread out from the original homeplace. With the close proximity to the county line, I think this is a real possibility. Remember, Halltown and New Deal are only about 4-5 miles from the Robertson County line. We hope this is a useful bit of information you can use. Thanks for being part of the ROOTWALKER family. My ancestor Richard W. Pool/Poole born 1810, not sure where he was born. His wife Isabella Wood was born 1812 in White County. Their children were born in White. But by 1850 they were in smith. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Get email at your own domain with Yahoo! Mail. http://personal.mail.yahoo.com/
