Hello Eunice, I'm sorry, but I don't find Mr. Clarence ARMS listed in the 1935 Springfield directory. This only means he did not have a telephone in Springfield at that time, though, and may have lived in town. If he lived outside the city limits, though, he probably would not be shown in the directory. Thanks for being part of the ROOTWALKER family.
