    1. [ROOTWALKER] Traffic and signs TSLA
    2. Hello Sara, I asked the same question about the Authorized Vehicle signs. The answer was simple...TSLA visitors are authorized to be there. The signs are to cut down on people trying to use the street in front of TSLA as a through street. If you notice, the guard house has been moved to the corner the TSLA is on from across the street. That puts all the parking on the side and behind the library under the guards watchful eye, and in effect, closed the street. Also, the street is now one-way. We used to go in behind the Supreme Court building and go around the block to come up in front of the TSLA building, where all the parking would be on our right and we wouldn't have to make a U-turn at the guard house. Now, all the parking on both sides of the street is pointing in the same direction. If you have to circle the building, one thing to remember is that you will find yourself dumped out on Charlotte where it is sometimes difficult to turn left. If you turn to your right just before you hit Charlotte and go down the hill about 50 or 75 yards, you can have a traffic light to turn onto Charlotte. I think this is much safer during heavy traffic hours. Thanks for being part of the ROOTWALKER family.
