Dear Dianna, Thanks for the Agnes Schmittou link ... I had no record of her existence, although I did have info about her siblings and parents. I was thrown for a loop momentarily because her father was William Francis Schmittou, and I only had the F for a middle initial. We share the Prussian immigrant Dr. Francois Fredrick Von Schmittou as a common ancestor. You descend from his son Obriant's line, I descend from his daughter Antoinette's line. On another front, below is a transcription for a Thomas Batson which has a virtually perfect match of a birth date for the son of Thomas Hatton Batson, but the rest of the data seems not to fit.
