    2. Good morning Janet, I realize that some of the obituaries posted in the Tennessean are not always as informative as we wish they were. This is the case with Mr. Keeling. I went to the Crossville newspaper, the Crossville Chronicle and found a better copy of Mr. Keeling's obituary for you. It is shown below. Funeral services were conducted March 25 from the chapel of Crossville Memorial Funeral Home, with burial in Mayland Cemetery. Cliff Ingram and Bratton Tucker officiated. Mr. Keeling was born Sept. 28, 1907, in Donelson, TN. He was a salesman. Survivors include his daughter, Anne K. Mintz; sisters, Mary Simpkions, Margaret Cole and Clemmie VanPelt; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Kevin Brown, Mark Mintz, Robin Mintz, Jonathan Mintz and Lynn Simpkions. Crossville Memorial Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements. **************** I also searched the archives of the Knoxville newspaper, since the one shown above mentioned Mr. Keeling lived in Knoxville, and found the obituary from that newspaper, which is shown below. KEELING, MR. LEONARD - age 93, of Knoxville, died Friday March 23rd. Mr. Keeling was of the Methodist faith. He was a retired salesman with the Coleman Sausage Co. Visitation for Mr. Keeling will be from 1-2:30 p.m. Sunday March 25, 2001 at the Crossville Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the Chapel of the funeral home. Mr. Keeling is survived by one daughter, Anne Mintz of Knoxville; three sisters, Mary Simpkions of Nashville, Tenn., Margaret Cole of Atlanta, Ga. and Clemmie VanPelt of Whitehouse, Tenn.; four grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Burial will be in Mayland Cemetery in Mayland, Tenn.
