Hi, I copied mine to the FBI web site section for tips more than a couple of months ago. At best it's a scam and at worst letters like this might even be terrorists trying to launder money. I do ask that any technical questions, questions about spam, problems with subscriptions, etc. be sent to me personally, off list, so that the list is preserved for genealogy.
