I am searching for the will, and date of death for James STANFORD and also his son James P. STANFORD. Also how their land was acquired. The 1840 Census of DeKalb Co. District 4 lists James STANFORD. The 1850 Census of DeKalb Co. District 4 lists James STANFORD and his wife Mary along with James P. STANFORD his son. The 1860 Census of DeKalb County District 4 lists James STANFORD's wife Mary but not him. His son James P. STANFORD and his wife Irena J. is listed in the same house as his mother Mary. The 1870 Census of DeKalb County District 4, lists James P. STANFORD's wife as a widow. Thank You Ron Stanford
