Hello Shelly, We searched through the records of the 50th Tennessee Infantry Regiment, Confederate States Army, and did not find anyone named Henry DAVIS or H. W. DAVIS in the records of that unit. If you can let me know the source of your information stating that he was in Company E of this unit I will go back to that record and see if I can find where that information came from.
